Also, another great avenue for me to find inventory for you is our SUV network group. We are the absolute top agents in this town. There are about 20 to 25 of us at any given time. Great, John, just so you know, I have a buyer for that already because we have so many buyers in our database. See how that works? With the leasing company we’re in control of an even bigger piece. Trust me folks, over 20 years of collecting names, phone numbers, email addresses, I have an active database of people in Santa Clarita like no other. We have the technology and the successful email market plans to keep in touch with all of these people. When looking for a home, you’re one of my buyers, I’m going to find you one of those homes.
We are way more aggressive than anybody else out there because we have the tools, the technology, the drive, the reputations and the relationships to get this handled.
