John why don’t you give us a little bit of an idea of how my sellers are going to benefit by what you’ve taught me?
I think the biggest thing what it comes down to is that, when you’re selling a property you need to make sure that you’re using an agent who is not just using the old traditional ways of marketing. A good example is this, how many of you right now actually watch commercials when you’re watching TV? I mean, I don’t. Right? I fast forward right through them.
Unfortunately, a lot of agents are still stuck in the old ways of marketing so by using technology, by using something like video what an agent can do is get your property exposed to a lot more people. Ultimately, what we know is that helps sell it faster and also get the price that you’re looking for.
Right, one of the features that John taught not too long ago actually go to the home and before I leave I’m already uploading a video of your home to YouTube. So, that was one of the great things.
Hey, Matt. Why don’t you tell us a little bit about the Ipad training that we’ve received from social networks?
Yeah, absolutely. So, in regards to the Ipad training, just like John had mentioned and what we teach with Mike, agents have to stand out versus their competition. If they’re not able to be mobile and be ahead of their competitors out there, pretty much take an entire contract virtually get it signed sealed and delivered right from the door or footstep of that property, they’re really at a disadvantage. So, representing buyers right now, it’s huge — especially with the average home buyer being at the age of 30. Baby Boomers on social media, we have to be able to cater to them and that’s exactly what we teach so that you can be ahead of the game.
So my favorite thing is with the YouTube training, the Ipad training the work press blog training those types of features I can get more buyers to see your home than any other agent. Don’t you guys agree?
