Again I am always telling you how wonderful it is, but at California Association of Realtors Expo, we can actually get the professionals to tell you. Tell them about some of the benefits, about listing with me, with your technology.
Well, Mike, here not only does he have showcases listing enhancement, but which is basically the sign writer on our website. He also has featured CMA, as well as other services that he’ll go into it with you, on your listing presentation, to get your listing on our site, as a featured property.
It is definitely something that, he does that makes him stand above, everybody else in the market.
That’s what we’re looking for. Now, folks remember that Realtor.com is in the top two, real estate traveled websites in the entire world. So, more people are reaching out to Realtor.com than they ever were before. So when we’re spending our marketing dollars, there’s the reason why it’s going here.
Kasha, what else can you say about the number s of where Realtor.com is going in the next six months, to a year, and how we’re taking advantage of that?
Well, Realtor.com has always been stable in terms of real estate consumers going and looking to when homes are currently on the market. They can go to Zillow, they can go to Trillion they can go to Homes.com, but Realtor.com is the only accurate one, which we don’t have any stolen data on our site.
So, that’s a huge benefit. When he is getting buyers that are looking at his listings, they are actually looking at listings that are only, truly, active. So, that’s something that is very, very important, as a agent, in spending his quality marketing dollars, in the right place.
Now, Realtor.com, also is one that consumers go back to more often than not, than anybody else, so that… Spending your marketing dollar is definitely in the right place.
That’s what I wanted to point out, more buyers come back, and that’s why we spend our marketing dollar there.
